What are your booking policies?

Bookings are confirmed with a 50% deposit, with the balance due before check-in. Booking early is always recommended to secure your stay.

Unfortunately, our booking dates are non-flexible. This helps us ensure availability for all guests. Please book when you’re sure of your travel plans.

What is your cancellation policy?

Bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. We recommend travel insurance for added peace of mind.

Can I get a refund if I check out early?

Refunds aren’t available for early check-outs or unused nights, but we’re sure you’ll love every moment of your time here!

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM onwards, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. This ensures we have enough time to clean and prepare the property for our next guests.

Can I request an early check-in or late check-out?

Yes, subject to availability. Please contact us in advance to confirm.

How do I access the property?

We offer convenient self-check-in via a keyless entry system or lockbox. Your unique access code will be sent to you 24 hours before arrival.

Can I throw a party?

While we love a good celebration, parties and events are not permitted. To ensure a peaceful stay for everyone, we kindly ask guests to keep noise levels low, especially after 10:00 PM.

Are pets allowed?

Although we’re animal lovers, our properties are pet-free to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests.

What happens if there’s an issue during my stay?

If anything comes up, please reach out to us right away. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly or provide an alternative solution.

Is the host responsible for personal belongings?

Your safety is important to us, but we’re unable to insure personal belongings. We recommend keeping valuables secure and considering travel insurance for extra peace of mind.

What about accidents or injuries?

We take great care to provide a safe environment, but we cannot accept responsibility for accidents or injuries. We kindly ask that you use the property with care and caution.

Are linens and towels provided?

Yes! Fresh linens and one plush towel per guest are included. If you prefer additional towels or linens, we recommend bringing them along.

Can I have guests over during my stay?

For the comfort and safety of all, only registered guests listed on your reservation are permitted. We appreciate your understanding.

What if I’m bringing an infant?

Infants are welcome, though please note properties are not specifically catered for this. A travel cot can be provided for a small setup fee—just let us know when making your booking.

Is there Wi-Fi?

Yes, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available. Connection details will be sent before your arrival and can also be found in the guest book.

Can I use the kitchen?

Absolutely! The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and utensils so you can enjoy preparing your own meals.

How do I access shared facilities like the gym or pool?

Your reservation includes one key fob for access to shared facilities. We recommend coordinating usage within your group, as additional fobs are not available.

What should I do before checking out?

We ask that you leave the property in a tidy condition—please place rubbish in the bins and used towels in the laundry basket. There’s no need to strip the beds.

Can I leave my luggage after check-out?

Sorry, we’re unable to provide luggage storage after check-out. If you have a later flight, there are convenient luggage storage options available nearby.

What if I leave something behind?

If you realise you’ve left something behind, please contact us promptly. We’ll make every effort to return the item to you, with shipping costs covered by the guest.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards as well as bank transfers. Full payment details will be shared during the booking process.

Do you offer discounts for longer stays?

Yes, we do! Guests staying 7 nights or more, or 30 nights or more, can enjoy discounted rates. Please contact us for details on current offers.

What amenities are included?

Each property is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, fresh linens, towels, a fully stocked kitchen, and a local guide with our top nearby recommendations.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises. Please note that additional cleaning fees will apply if smoking is detected.

What should I do if something breaks?

If anything is damaged or stops working during your stay, please inform us as soon as possible so we can arrange repairs quickly.
